Name Changes and Modifications: They can be made on request up to 8 days before arrival if the rate allows. You will not receive any refund if the price of the stay, at the time of making the change, is lower than the price of the stay when you made the reservation. A change of name or modification may incur extra charges, check with the hotel beforehand. BOOKINGS:All bookings must be accompanied by at least one \"principal name\" of client per room or apartment. Rooms or apartments of the same reservation must be booked on the same meal plan. Bookings that do not meet these requirements will NOT be be considered as compliant. Bookings with multiple diets will not be accepted. Name changes will NOT be accepted. The \"main name\" that appears on the booking must coincide with the \"main name\" on the voucher, otherwise the establishment reserves the right to admit the entrance of the client. The hotel reserves the right to suspend, modify or cancel a reservation received automatically through its reservation integration system, if within 48 hours it finds that there has been a computer error in the reservation. In bookings of 3 or more rooms or apartments: they must be confirmed by the establishment, even if they are booked in different booking references. CHECK IN and CHECK OUT: In HOTELS; the room may be accessed from 16:00. and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure. Ebenso ist die offizielle Check-Out-Zeit des Hotels am Tag der Abreise einzuhalten. Dies schließt Rückflüge bis 3:00 Uhr am Folgetag ein. Früh-Check-In bzw. Spät-Check-Out können je nach Verfügbarkeit und gegen einen Aufpreis über unser Service Team hinzugebucht werden.
