The hotel THE FIRST COLLECTION BUSINESS BAY is located around 2,9 km from the old town. The nearest shops you can reach within around 3,7 km, a supermarket is around 500 m away. The beach at your holiday destination is patrolled by a lifeguard. Here, there are beach towels available. To reach the beach a shuttle is provided. The air-conditioned hotel is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in is possible around the clock), a lobby, Wi-Fi, internet access, a lift, a boutique, showers and changing rooms, a first aid kit as well as parking spaces. In the outdoor area you will find a seasonally heated pool, where sun loungers and pool towels are available for free. Outside there is a separate children''s pool. Folgende Gebühren fallen pro Zimmer pro Nacht an und müssen vor Ort gezahlt werden.
5 Sterne Hotel 20 AED (ca. 4 Euro);

3 Sterne Hotel 10 AED (ca. 2 Euro)

Während des Fastenmonats Ramadan kann es zu Einschränkungen im Hotelbetrieb z.B. im Alkoholausschank kommen. Außerdem werden Mahlzeiten tagsüber nur in geschlossenen Räumen serviert (nicht auf der Terrasse). Das Unterhaltungsprogramm im Hotel entfällt oder ist eingeschränkt.

Bei planmäßiger Ankunft im Zielgebiet ab 04:00 Uhr morgens steht das Hotelzimmer am Ankunftstag erst ab der offiziellen Check-In-Zeit des jeweiligen Hotels zur Verfügung. Ebenso ist die offizielle Check-Out-Zeit des Hotels am Tag der Abreise einzuhalten. Dies schließt Rückflüge bis 3:00 Uhr am Folgetag ein. Früh-Check-In bzw. Spät-Check-Out können je nach Verfügbarkeit und gegen einen Aufpreis über unser Service Team hinzugebucht werden.

Der Pool im The First Collection Business Bay ist vom 11. August bis 15. September 2025 wegen Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen.

Gäste erhalten in dieser Zeit Zugang zu Pools in nahegelegenen Hotels sowie kostenfreien Eintritt zum Soluna Beach Club. Ein Shuttleservice wird bereitgestellt.
