Booking of 9 rooms and more is a group booking and other terms and conditions will apply. For bookings with flexible cancellation policy: Date changes inside of the cancellation policy are considered a cancellation and a re-booking, and as such, are subject to cancellation damages. Smoke Free Policy: The Hotel is a smoke free hotel. This includes: lobby, guest rooms, restaurants, lounge, meeting and banquet facilities. To protect the smoke free environment, the Hotel will post a $250 cleaning fee to the account of any guest who smokes in their hotel room. To ensure the cooperation and comfort of each guest, company agrees to disclose in writing and promotional materials the smoke free policy, and Hotel will also advise guests upon check in. Early Departure: An early departure fee of one night’s room and tax will be billed to Company in the event guests do not utilize all nights originally booked but not consumed. Guests may change their departure date upon check-in without penalty. Hotel with Resort Fee There is a daily parking fee for valet and self to be paid locally.

Bei planmäßiger Ankunft im Zielgebiet ab 04:00 Uhr morgens steht das Hotelzimmer am Ankunftstag erst ab der offiziellen Check-In-Zeit des jeweiligen Hotels zur Verfügung. Ebenso ist die offizielle Check-Out-Zeit des Hotels am Tag der Abreise einzuhalten. Dies schließt Rückflüge bis 3:00 Uhr am Folgetag ein. Früh-Check-In bzw. Spät-Check-Out können je nach Verfügbarkeit und gegen einen Aufpreis über unser Service Team hinzugebucht werden.
