The hotel Melia Jardines Del Teide, especially popular with honeymooners, is located approx. 1 km from a sandy beach, linked from January to December by a free shuttle service. At the beach are sun umbrellas and sun loungers for a fee. The tourist centre is about 2 km away. The town Los Cristianos is around 9 km away (Los Gigantes around 27 km, Santa Cruz around 70 km). A supermarket and other shopping facilities can be reached after 500 m. It is 500 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 10 km. Further entertainment facilities such as a cinema are approx. 10 km away. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Siam Park (approx. 5 km away), Loro Parque (approx. 113 km away), Parque La Aguilas del Teide (approx. 9 km away) and El Teide (approx. 60 km away).
