European ODR Platform
Under Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, it has been possible since 9 January 2016 for disputes with businesses in connection with online contracts for goods or services to be settled by consumers out of court via an online dispute resolution platform (ODR Platform). This regulation applies insofar as you have concluded a contract on services with us (that is the case if we as a travel agency arrange services for you that are provided by a third party). This platform will be set up by the EU Commission and can be accessed via the portal at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
