Saccharum Resort

The hotel Savoy Saccharum Hotel is approx. 55 km from the airport (FNC). For mobility there is a nearby car rental company and a motorcycle rental. At the beach there are sun loungers and sun umbrellas free of charge.

Located in Calheta, Savoy Saccharum Resort & Spa is by the sea and within the vicinity of Church of Our Lady of Light and Beachside Square. This 4-star hotel is within the vicinity of Ponta Do Sol Beach and Paul do Mar Beach.

The 8-storey 5-star resort consists of a main building and an adjoining building, and has 243 rooms in total. It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, a lift, air conditioning, a safe (for a fee) and a parking area (for a fee). For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 4 bars, you can relax in the evening in good company. WiFi is available for free. Room service and laundry service are available for a fee. The hotel also has a wake up service.

Make yourself at home in one of the 243 air-conditioned guestrooms. Rooms have private balconies. Complimentary wireless Internet access keeps you connected, and satellite programming is available for your entertainment. Private bathrooms with showers feature complimentary toiletries and hair dryers.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.

Please note that there is a public construction site near the hotel. This is expected to take place until the end of March.
The construction site is about 200m away from the hotels and is located on the side between the Hotel Savoy Calheta Beach and Savoy Saccharum Resort & Spa, not in front of it.
The normal hotel operation of both hotels is not affected.
The main access road is closed but there is another access road and there is no need to plan extra waiting times for pick-ups.
A few public facilities such as bars and restaurants in the marina are closed.
As a precaution, the two hotels have set up a free shuttle transfer between the two houses to avoid possible inconveniences.
