The hotel Albatros Oasis Port Ghalib, especially popular with honeymooners, is located approx. 50 m from its own sandy / shingle beach, linked by a shuttle service (where applicable, a fee). At the beach, there are sun umbrellas and sun loungers free of charge. The tourist centre is about 3 km away. The town Marsa Alam is around 5 km away (Luxor around 380 km, Hurghada around 220 km). The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 5 km from the hotel. It is 5 km from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 3 km away. The airport (HRG) is approx. 225 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a chargeable shuttle. Completely renovated in 2022, the 3-storey resort has 292 rooms in total.
