The expansive complex was built in 1973 and completely renovated in 1999. It includes a total of 300 apartments divided into blocks spread over 2 floors. The lobby contains a 24-hour reception, a safe and a currency exchange desk. In addition, it offers a café, a kiosk, a supermarket, several shops, a hairdressing salon, 4 bars as well as an in-house disco. A theatre room, a TV room and Internet access are all available to guests. In addition, there is a laundry service, medical assistance, a bicycle cellar with bicycle hire and car parking facilities. A tourist tax is levied on the islands of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked and the length of stay. In the high season (May - October) the costs amount to 1-4 EUR in the low season (November to April) to 0.25-1 EUR, in each case per day/person plus 10% VAT. From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50%. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax.
