The hotel Villas Par 4 (adults only), especially popular with honeymooners, is located around 10 km from Maspalomas (Playa del Ingles around 12 km, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria around 60 km). A sandy beach is around 12 km from the hotel. The tourist centre is about 12 km away. The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 8 km from the hotel. It is 500 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Aqualand (approx. 11 km away), Palmitos Park (approx. 17 km away), Poema del Mar (approx. 65 km away) and Dolphin sightseeing (approx. 24 km away). For mobility there is a car rental company. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 8 km away. The airport (LPA) is located in the immediate vicinity. The hotel and airport are linked by a shuttle (for a fee).

The one-storey resort has 9 rooms, and spread over one main building and 6 adjoining buildings. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00), a safe (for free) and a free parking area. WiFi is available for free.

From January 1, 2025, the municipality of Mogán will introduce a tourist tax of ?0.15 per person per day (this includes Arguineguin, Patalavaca, Puerto Rico, Mogan, Puerto de Mogan, Tauro, Taurito, Playa del Cura, Amadores). This tax is paid directly to the respective accommodation. The tax is used entirely to finance activities, services and infrastructure in tourist areas and to promote tourism in the municipality in order to ensure the sustainability of the destination.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
