Approx. 800 m from a beach is situated the hotel Rey Carlos. The tourist centre is only a few metres away. The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 100 m from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 20 m. There are restaurants and bars within a very short distance of the hotel. The hotel is located in the centre of Playa del Inglés, close to the Maspalomas dunes, 300 m away from the promenade and approximately 700 m from the beach. There is a free bus service to the Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas beaches.

Recently renovated in 2009, the 6-storey beach hotel has 160 rooms. It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, 5 lifts, coiffeur, kiosk and various other shops. For the meals, there is a restaurant. You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. WiFi is available for free. For the room cleaning and laundry / ironing service the hotel charges a fee (where applicable).

From January 1, 2025, the municipality of Mogán will introduce a tourist tax of ?0.15 per person per day (this includes Arguineguin, Patalavaca, Puerto Rico, Mogan, Puerto de Mogan, Tauro, Taurito, Playa del Cura, Amadores). This tax is paid directly to the respective accommodation. The tax is used entirely to finance activities, services and infrastructure in tourist areas and to promote tourism in the municipality in order to ensure the sustainability of the destination.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
