The hotel is situated approximately 80 m from the nearest beach and is centrally located between Ca?n Pastilla and the Playa de Palma. The pulsating town centre, which has an array of shopping and entertainment venues, is within a few minutes of the hotel. There are regular public bus links to Palma and El Arenal.

Built in 1969 and completely renovated in 1998, this hotel offers a total of 475 beds (25 single and 225 double rooms) spread over 8 floors. Various facilities are available to guests including an elegant foyer with lifts, safes and a 24-hour reception. In addition, the air-conditioned establishment has a lounge with TV, a small supermarket, a laundry service, a cosy bar, a pub and an air-conditioned restaurant. Younger guests may enjoy letting off steam in the playground or the kids club.

The tastefully furnished rooms come with an en suite bathroom and feature a telephone, air conditioning, central heating and a safe. All rooms have either a balcony or terrace as standard.

It is also possible to play a spot of table tennis, billiards or bocce.

The hotel offers an indoor swimming pool, a swimming pool with separate children?s pool, parasols, sun loungers, a poolside snack bar, a gym, and a spa and health centre with solarium and sauna (additional fee payable).

The hotel organises a diverse entertainment programme.

A tourist tax is levied on the islands of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked and the length of stay. In the high season (May - October) the costs amount to 1-4 EUR in the low season (November to April) to 0.25-1 EUR, in each case per day/person plus 10% VAT. From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50%. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax. The tax will be charged to guests at the booked accommodation and passed on to the authorities by the hoteliers. Detailed information can be found on the Balearic Islands government website.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
