Built in 1997, the hotel includes a bungalow complex and has 5 floors in the main building and 4 floors in the annexe block with a total of 203 rooms, of which 98 are doubles, and 105 are suites. Surrounding the hotel is a park area. The facilities of this air-conditioned conference-hotel include a 24-hour reception with a safe, currency exchange and a cloakroom, as well as lifts, a café/bar, a shop, a hairdresser?s salon and a piano bar. Additional facilities include a reading and games room, a TV room and two conference rooms, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for children and Internet access for free. In addition, it offers a laundry and room service, medical assistance, a play area, bicycle hire and parking facilities.

The cosy en suite rooms are fitted with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, Internet access for free and a safe. They also all come equipped with a minibar and a lounge area. All rooms also include central heating.

A tourist tax is levied on the islands of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked and the length of stay. In the high season (May - October) the costs amount to 1-4 EUR in the low season (November to April) to 0.25-1 EUR, in each case per day/person plus 10% VAT. From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50%. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
