The hotel is 10 minutes by taxi from Lisbon International Airport. By public transport, the trip is about 30 minutes; take metro line Vermelha to Sao Sebastio and then the Azul line to Jardim Zoologico, a 5-minute walk away.

The spa specialises in anti-aging treatments using natural products from the Algarve -- try the longevity body scrub with sea salt and wild lavender. Guests can cool off after sightseeing with a leisurely swim in the sizable sky-lit indoor pool or relax at the sauna, steam room, sensory showers, or ice fountain on site. The two main restaurants have popular buffets, which mix international favorites with salads, Portuguese tapas, and freshly made sushi.
