The airport (CUN) is approx. 55 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a shuttle (for a fee).

Completely renovated in 2021, the 4-storey boutique hotel has 60 rooms. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 2 lifts, an air conditioning as well as a parking area (for free). For the meals, there are three restaurants. You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. WiFi is available for free. Room cleaning, room service and concierge service are free of charge. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be adhered to. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
