The hotel Hilton Cancun, an All Inclusive Resort is located around 15 km from Cancun (Playa del Carmen around 60 km). It is only 100 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. Also the nearest disco is around 100 m away. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Hotel Zone (approx. 3 km away). For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank (around 100 m away), a car rental company and a motorcycle rental. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 15 km away. The airport (CUN) is approx. 27 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a shuttle (for a fee). Also to the next beach a shuttle service is available (charges may apply).

The 4-storey beach hotel has 1000 rooms, and spread over one main building and 9 adjoining buildings. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 16:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby bar, 10 lifts, a safe (for free), a shop, discotheque, theater and a parking area (where applicable, for a fee). For the meals, there are 7 restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 5 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi can be used by hotel guests for a fee. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be adhered to. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
