The hotel Avaton Luxury Villas Resort - Relais and Châteaux, especially popular with honeymooners, is around 5 km from Nea Roda (Ierissos around 10 km, Ouranoupolis around 12 km). The private sandy beach is in the vicinity of the hotel. At the beach are sun umbrellas and sun loungers free of charge available. The tourist centre is about 12 km away. A supermarket can be reached after around 5 km. It is 5 km from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. Also the nearest disco is around 5 km away. Further entertainment facilities such as a cinema are approx. 15 km away. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Holy Mount Athos (approx. 15 km away), Tower of Ouranoupoli (approx. 15 km away) and Aristotle''s Park (approx. 50 km away). For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank as well as a bus stop in a distance of around 5 km, a car rental company and a motorcycle rental. Locations further away can be reached via the railway station in a distance of around 113 km. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 60 km away.

The 3-storey beach hotel has 36 rooms, and spread over one main building and 2 adjoining buildings. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby, a lift, an air conditioning, a sky bar (open from 08:00 - 23:00) as well as a parking area (for free). For the meals, there is a restaurant and a snack bar. You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. WiFi is available for free. Room cleaning, room service and concierge service are free of charge. Laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.

Breakfast (from 08:00 - 11:00) a la carte. Half board: breakfast as well as lunch or dinner (children`s menus also available).

Please note that a climate tax applies in Greece. Payment is made directly on site in cash and is calculated per room. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked as well as the length of stay and is between EUR 1.50 and EUR 15.00 per room/night.
A refund is not possible.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
