* If you cannot check-in online from your mobile, you can do so when you arrive, at the Kiosk (tablet) that you will find in the hall. Even so, it is recommended that you anticipate and start enjoying your stay as soon as possible. After completing the online check-in, we will send you an email with the digital key details (access code) 2 days before your arrival and the apartment details on the day of your arrival at 3 PM.
Remember that you can open the doors (building, apartment, parking) with the digital key, entering the code in the locks.
Cleaning, change of linen and change of towels = once per week (stays for 7n or more).
Stays for less than 1 week = there is no cleaning during the stay.
