The hotel Sunny Porec Residence by Valamar, ex. Diamant Residence is located approx. 200 m from the Brulo beach, a shingle/rocky beach. At the beach are sun umbrellas and sun loungers for a fee available. The nearest town is Porec (Pula around 60 km, Rijeka around 100 km). It is 900 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Jama - Grotta Baredine Cave (approx. 12 km away), Porec old town and Euphrasianus Basilica. For mobility there is a bus stop (approx. 2 km away). For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 1,5 km away. The airport (PUY) is approx. 60 km away. Another airport (RJK) is located approx. 130 km away.

The one-storey resort has 128 rooms, and spread over one main building and a total 15 adjoining buildings. The rooms were last renovated in 2026. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 10:00), an air conditioning, a safe (where applicable, for a fee), a coiffeur, a kiosk, a parking area (for a fee) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there is a restaurant. You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. Room cleaning is free of charge. Laundry service is available for a fee. For the room service the hotel charges a fee (where applicable).

In the outside area of the hotel there is a play area for children. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge. The tourist tax ranges from 1.50 to 3.00 euros per person, depending on the hotel, and must be paid at the hotel reception. The transfer to the islands of Losinj, Hvar, Brac, Kolocep, Lopud, Sipan and Mljet is limited in case of late or early arrival/departure. For flights arriving after 7:00pm and departing before 09:40am, an overnight stay on the mainland is required. If transfers to and from the islands cannot be made due to early or late flights, guests will be accommodated for one night on the mainland.
