In the vicinity of the hotel?s own sandy beach is situated the hotel Fafa Mel Holiday Hotel. At the beach, there are sun umbrellas and sun loungers free of charge. The tourist centre is about 15 km away. The town Durres is around 15 km away (Tirana around 50 km). The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 15 km from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 50 m. There are restaurants and bars within a very short distance of the hotel. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 500 m. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Roman Amphitheatre (approx. 15 km away) and Venetian Tower (approx. 15 km away). For mobility there is a car rental company. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 7 km away. The airport (TIA) is approx. 40 km away.

Partially renovated in 2024, the 7-storey beach hotel has 103 rooms in total. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby, a lift, an air conditioning as well as a parking area (for free). For the meals, there is a restaurant (air-conditioned). You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. Room cleaning is free of charge. Room service is available for a fee.

The modern furnished rooms are equipped with double bed or twin bed, sofa bed as extra bed, laminate, balcony, heating (individually adjustable), safe (for free) and flat screen TV as well as individually adjustable air conditioning.
