The hotel Servatur Waikiki is located approx. 1,5 km from a sandy beach. At the beach are sun umbrellas and sun loungers for a fee. The nearest town is Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 600 m from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 250 km. It is only 250 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 400 m. For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank as well as a bus stop in a distance of around 50 m, a car rental company and a motorcycle rental. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 5 km away. The airport (LPA) is approx. 30 km away.

The 8-storey resort has 511 rooms, and spread over one main building and 4 adjoining buildings. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, 10 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a mini market, various other shops, a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. From January 1, 2025, the municipality of Mogán will introduce a tourist tax of ?0.15 per person per day (this includes Arguineguin, Patalavaca, Puerto Rico, Mogan, Puerto de Mogan, Tauro, Taurito, Playa del Cura, Amadores). This tax is paid directly to the respective accommodation. The tax is used entirely to finance activities, services and infrastructure in tourist areas and to promote tourism in the municipality in order to ensure the sustainability of the destination.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
