The hotel Sellada Beach Hotel is located around 13 km from Fira. A shingle beach lies directly by the hotel. At the beach, there are sun umbrellas and sun loungers for a fee. The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 50 m from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 150 m. There are restaurants and bars within a very short distance of the hotel. Also the nearest disco is around 50 m away. For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank as well as a bus stop in a distance of around 150 m, a car rental company and a motorcycle rental. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 12 km away. The airport (JTR) is approx. 13 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a shuttle (for a fee).

The 2-storey hotel has 16 rooms in total. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby and air conditioning. For the meals, there is a snack bar. You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. WiFi is available for free. Room cleaning is free of charge. Room service, laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.

Please note that a climate tax applies in Greece. Payment is made directly on site in cash and is calculated per room. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked as well as the length of stay and is between EUR 1.50 and EUR 15.00 per room/night.
A refund is not possible.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
