Iris Hotel

The hotel Iris Hotel is located approx. 100 m from a shingle beach. At the beach are sun loungers for a fee. The town Kos is around 2 km away. For mobility during your holiday, there are a bus stop (approx. 50 m away), a car rental company and a motorcycle rental. The airport (KGS) is approx. 28 km away.

The 3-storey resort has 47 rooms, and spread over one main building and one adjoining building. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, a safe (for a fee), a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there is a restaurant and a snack bar. You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the accommodation provides a barrier-free access.

Please note that a climate tax applies in Greece. Payment is made directly on site in cash and is calculated per room. The amount of the tax depends on the type and category of accommodation booked as well as the length of stay and is between EUR 1.50 and EUR 15.00 per room/night.
A refund is not possible.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
