The furniture, some from young German designers, is flexible so that each guest can arrange their new domicile according to their own needs. 14 of the 170 rooms have been designed as open-plan rooms. The cool uncluttered appearance, conceived to the most minute details, is common to all rooms of this Berlin design hotel. Nonetheless, each room has its own special flair. With custom floor plans, varying colours on each floor on the basis of Le Corbusier?s theories, and our exceptional, highly flexible designer furniture, each room is truly unique. As our guest, you are welcome to move your room?s furniture ? such as the TV table designed by Lemongrass ? as you deem fit. Thus, every guest can arrange their room according their own taste. Our innovative designer pieces are rounded out by contemporary furniture classics such as the Series 7 chairs from Arne Jacobsen.

Standard Class rooms are 18 ? 20 sq m (190 ? 215 sq ft) and offer ample space for luggage, business documents or shopping hauls from Kurfürstendamm. Most windows face the street and a few single rooms face the courtyard. The double rooms are fitted with queen size beds 160 cm (63 in) in width and single rooms come with single beds 120 cm (47 in) in width. Each of these bright rooms contains a bathroom with underfloor heating, toilet and shower as well as a work area with LAN / Wireless LAN.

Healthy Breakfast BuffetA good start in the morning often establishes the mood for the rest of the day. In our generously sized breakfast rooms, guests can enjoy a healthy breakfast in a bright, airy atmosphere. The wide, nearly continuous front windows at the front can be opened to access the patio where you can enjoy the heavenly view across the rooftops of Berlin. Our breakfast buffet offers a contemporary selection of fresh and light delicacies tended to by our friendly attentive staff. From croissants to various fruits and cereals to miso soup or couscous salad we have something for everybody available. Naturally, this also includes many types of coffee drinks. Tea connoisseurs can choose from our enormous selection of teas located next to the samovar. On Sunday, breakfasts are served until 1 pm and guests are invited to try everything once. For guests in a hurry, we also offer quick breakfasts to go so that you start the day on the right foot!

Lounge bar 101:
Snacks are served all day and throughout the evening in the 101 Lounge Bar: international, innovative, delicious - from health drinks to freshly made sandwiches and finger food. All menu items can be served for group and business meetings. In the evening, the local community meets up in the 101 Lounge Bar for cocktails, drinks and to listen to some ?groovy sounds?(business hours: Monday - Saturday: 3pm - 2am; Sunday: 4pm - 12pm). The link to the gardens brings a touch of the country into the city. Do you want to relax in your room but you still crave a light meal or a drink? No problem, just choose from our room service menu and our 101 Lounge Bar team is happy to get it to your room in no time.

When you enter our brightly lit wellbeing area, a Buddha statue awaits to calm your body and soul. Red triangles in our treatment room and on the door are evidence that a feng shui master has visited these stabilise the balance that has been achieved here. Visitors to our white-tiled aroma steam bath can sweat out their toxins and relax from their busy days. These body-cleansing therapies can be extended to include massages and more ? all available at reasonable prices from our alternative practitioner. Guests interested in performing various types of yoga can consult with our personal trainer, Sabine Zimmermann, who offers both yoga lessons and sessions. Trainer Alain Gussmann is available to help guests with fitness, weight-lifting or endurance training. Jogging addicts will find many scenic leafy routes in neighbouring Lietzenseepark, the Charlottenburg Palace grounds or throughout the Grunewald forest.

The hotel offers attractions including sport and entertainment opportunities. The terrace is a great place to while away the time. Leisure options at the accommodation include a sauna and a steam bath. For a fee, biking/mountain biking and massage treatments are also available.
