Approx. 100 m from shingle/rocky/stone beach is located the hotel Resort Villas Rubin. At the beach are sun umbrellas and sun loungers free of charge. The nearest town is Rovinj. In the vicinity of the hotel are a number of shopping facilities and a supermarket. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Ecomuseum Casa della Batana, Balbi Arch, Rovinj Heritage Museum, Rovinj Aquarium and Cathedral of St. Euphemia in Rovinj. For mobility during your holiday, there are a bus stop (approx. 3 km away) and a car rental company. The airport (PUY) is approx. 40 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a chargeable shuttle. Another airport (RJK) is located approx. 120 km away.

The resort has 85 rooms in total. It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 10:00), air conditioning, kiosk, various other shops and a free parking area. For the meals, there are three restaurants. WiFi is available for free. Room cleaning and laundry service are available for a fee.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge. The tourist tax ranges from 1.50 to 3.00 euros per person, depending on the hotel, and must be paid at the hotel reception. The transfer to the islands of Losinj, Hvar, Brac, Kolocep, Lopud, Sipan and Mljet is limited in case of late or early arrival/departure. For flights arriving after 7:00pm and departing before 09:40am, an overnight stay on the mainland is required. If transfers to and from the islands cannot be made due to early or late flights, guests will be accommodated for one night on the mainland.
