IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Kindly be informed that RIXOS BAB AL BAHR will be enhancing the walking pathways around the swimming pools from 12.01.2020 to 20.02.2020. Work will commence from 10:00am to 05:00pm only with possible noise during day time. Also, one of the main swimming pools will be closed from 12.01.2020 to 24.01.2020 for maintenance and during this time remaining 2 main pools

Note:
During the fasting month of Ramadan in 2020, restrictions may occur in hotel operations, e.g. serving of alcohol . In addition, during the day meals are served only indoor (not on the terrace). The entertainment program in the hotel is eliminated or is limited. Ramadan is expected to take place from 23.04.2020 to 23.05.2020 in 2020.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Hotels in the United Arab Emirates only accept bookings from guests who are over 21 years old and have their own credit card. In most hotels and restaurants and in public buildings smoking is completely prohibited.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Based on a short passed arrangement by the Senate a city tax was introduced in the Emirat Dubai for bookings with travel period from 31/03/2014. This tax is in your known prices not included and must be paid by the guests on the spot in the hotel. A refund is not possible.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
