Towers Rotana

The hotel is situated on the famous, award-winning Sheikh Zayed Road that leads through the new commercial district of Dubai. The distance to the city centre is about 11 km. Dubai World Trade Centre and the Exhibition Halls are just a few minutes away. The Jumeira Beach Front and Media and Internet City are likewise only a few minutes' drive. The hotel offers a free daily shuttle to Jumeirah Beach Park (entrance fee applicable).

The resort has 360 modern guest rooms, two restaurants, bistro, and Long's Bar, which is the longest bar in the Middle East. Hair salon, beauty salon, shops, roof-top pool, jacuzzi, snack bar and sun terrace.

The luxuriously appointed rooms and suites offer a blend of comfort and style, with modern amenities. They have satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, minibar, hairdryer, safe, internet access, and ensuite bath or shower/WC. All rooms also have tea/coffee-making facilities. A maximum of one extra bed can be provided in each room.
Premium rooms are of the same standard, but larger.
Max. occupancy: 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults.

Buffet meals are served in the Flavours on Two restaurant.
Half-board: includes breakfast and either lunch or evening dinner.
Full-board: breakfast, lunch and evening dinner in buffet form.
Restaurants/bars: Aquarius Bar, Gardinia, Long's, Teatro, Wraps.

A babysitting service is available on request, for an additional charge.

Note:
During the fasting month of Ramadan in 2020, restrictions may occur in hotel operations, e.g. serving of alcohol . In addition, during the day meals are served only indoor (not on the terrace). The entertainment program in the hotel is eliminated or is limited. Ramadan is expected to take place from 23.04.2020 to 23.05.2020 in 2020.


IMPORTANT NOTE:
Based on a short passed arrangement by the Senate a city tax was introduced in the Emirat Dubai for bookings with travel period from 31/03/2014. This tax is in your known prices not included and must be paid by the guests on the spot in the hotel. A refund is not possible.

Following fees accrue per room per night:
5 star hotel 20 AED (about 4 euro)
4 star hotel 15 AED (about 3 euro)
3 star hotel 10 AED (about 2 euro)

The following fees apply per room per night and must be paid on site, valid for Emirate Dubai and Ras al Kheimah.
5 star hotel 20 AED (approx. 5 Euro);
4 star hotel 15 AED (approx. 3.50 Euro);
3 star hotel 10 AED (approx. 2.30 Euro)
During the fasting month of Ramadan, there may be restrictions in hotel operations, e.g. in the serving of alcohol. In addition, meals are only served indoors during the day (not on the terrace). The entertainment programme in the hotel is cancelled or restricted.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
