It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 7 lifts, an air conditioning, a mini market, various other shops, a sky bar (open from 11:00 - 20:00), a parking area (for free), a security entry system as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are 5 restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. For the user of an Internet corner the hotel charges, where applicable, a fee. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the accommodation provides a barrier-free access and a wheelchair accessible lift. Room cleaning and concierge service are free of charge.

During the fasting month of Ramadan, there may be restrictions in hotel operations, e.g. in the serving of alcohol. In addition, meals are only served indoors during the day (not on the terrace). The entertainment programme in the hotel is cancelled or restricted.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
