Citymax Hotel Al Barsha

The 14-storey city hotel has 120 rooms. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 3 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (where applicable, for a fee), a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are two restaurants. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the hotel has a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning and concierge service are free of charge. Room service and laundry service are available for a fee. For the ironing service the hotel charges a fee (where applicable).

Standard Room:
The modern furnished rooms are equipped with double bed, single bed, queen size bed or twin bed, baby cot (for free), shared pool, heating (centrally controlled), kettle (for free), internet (for free), safe (for free) and sat TV as well as centrally controlled air conditioning. Bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Breakfast from the buffet. Half board: breakfast, lunch and dinner. All inclusive Plus: Welcome drink, free Internet, free use of safe (with deposit) as well as 24h service.

Sports and entertainment: Tennis (where applicable, for a fee) and fitness. A ski slope is located approx. 1000. A golf course is located approx. 15 km from the hotel.

Additional fees may apply for certain facilities, amenities or activities. Some services depend on the local climatic conditions and the season. Languages spoken: English, French and Arabic. Accepted methods of payment: Visa, Euro / MasterCard, JCB, American Express and Diners Club.

The following fees apply per room per night and must be paid on site, valid for Emirate Dubai and Ras al Kheimah.

During the fasting month of Ramadan, there may be restrictions in hotel operations, e.g. in the serving of alcohol. In addition, meals are only served indoors during the day (not on the terrace). The entertainment programme in the hotel is cancelled or restricted.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
