The 2-storey desert hotel has 115 rooms in total. It is equipped with a 24h reception as well as a parking area (where applicable, for a fee). For the meals, there are 7 restaurants. In a total 4 bars, you can relax in good company. For guests with physical disabilities the accommodation provides a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. For the laundry / ironing service the hotel charges a fee (where applicable).

The following fees apply per room per night and must be paid on site, valid for Emirate Dubai and Ras al Kheimah.

During the fasting month of Ramadan, there may be restrictions in hotel operations, e.g. in the serving of alcohol. In addition, meals are only served indoors during the day (not on the terrace). The entertainment programme in the hotel is cancelled or restricted.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
