The 4-storey beach hotel has 113 rooms, and spread over one main building and one adjoining building. It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, a lift, air conditioning, coiffeur, a shop, a free parking area and a money changing facility. For the meals, there are two restaurants. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the accommodation provides a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Concierge service is free of charge. Room service, laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.

At the beach different watersport types such as jet skiing, water skiing and speedboat rides are on offer (partly from local providers). A golf course is in the vicinity of the hotel. Wellness: Spa area available for a fee. Sauna, solarium, steam bath, hamam and massages available (where applicable for a fee). For the entertainment of young guests there is a children?s play area. Child supervision: mini club and babysitting (where applicable, for a fee).

Additional fees may apply for certain facilities, amenities or activities. Some services depend on the local climatic conditions and the season. Languages spoken: English, German, French, Russian and Arabic. Accepted methods of payment: Euro / MasterCard.

The following fees apply per room per night and must be paid on site, valid for Emirate Dubai and Ras al Kheimah.
5 star hotel 20 AED (approx. 5 Euro);
4 star hotel 15 AED (approx. 3.50 Euro);
3 star hotel 10 AED (approx. 2.30 Euro)
During the fasting month of Ramadan, there may be restrictions in hotel operations, e.g. in the serving of alcohol. In addition, meals are only served indoors during the day (not on the terrace). The entertainment programme in the hotel is cancelled or restricted.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
