This exclusive resort, completed in November 2011, is located on Saadiyat Island amidst beautiful landscaped gardens, adjacent to the world-famous Saadiyat Beach Golf Club. It also boasts nine kilometres of environmentally protected, white sandy beaches. The city centre is roughly ten minutes away by car, and Abu Dhabi International Airport roughly 20 km away.

This new Hyatt resort offers a stylish ambiance, where contemporary design is intermixed with Arabian accents. Amenities includea lobby with reception desk, 24-hour room service and a laundry/ironing service. Dining opportunities range from the main restaurant serving specialities from the Middle East, a grill restaurant offering Asian cuisine, and The Beach House with stunning views of Saadiyat Beach. In The Library tea lounge, aromatic tea and coffee specialities are accompanied by heavenly chocolates and pastries.
When it comes to relaxation, choose between three different pools plus separate children's pool. Sun loungers and parasols await at the poolsand on the beach. The hotel also has a children's club with indoor and outdoor area, plus a spa.

The 306 spacious guest rooms, suites and villas are comfortably appointed, offering a perfect island retreat. All rooms have a large bathroom with oversized, free-standing bathtub and separate rain shower, king or twin beds, bathrobes, hairdryer, WLAN, satellite (flat-screen) TV, DVD player, iPod docking station, telephone, tea & coffee-making facilities, minibar, air conditioning and safe.
Double rooms have a balcony with view of the garden and pool complex.
Sea-view rooms are of the same standard but look onto Saadiyat Beach.

During the fasting month of Ramadan in 2020, restrictions may occur in hotel operations, e.g. serving of alcohol . In addition, during the day meals are served only indoor (not on the terrace). The entertainment program in the hotel is eliminated or is limited. Ramadan is expected to take place from 23.04.2020 to 23.05.2020 in 2020.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
