The 5-star charming hotel has 250 rooms. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, a lift, an air conditioning, a coiffeur, a mini market, various other shops as well as discotheque. WiFi is available for free. For the user of an Internet corner the hotel charges, where applicable, a fee. Room cleaning is free of charge. Room service, laundry service and medical service are available for a fee.

Breakfast (from 07:00 - 10:00) from the buffet. All inclusive: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast and lunch and dinner only in selected restaurants or bars. Water at certain times. Soft drinks (10:00 - 00:00), coffee & tea (10:00 - 00:00), cakes & pastries (11:00 - 17:00), small snacks (12:00 - 15:00), beer (10:00 - 00:00), wine (10:00 - 00:00), national alcoholic drinks (10:00 - 00:00), late riser’s breakfast (10:00 - 10:30) and midnight snacks (23:00 - 00:00).

At the beach different watersport types such as jet skiing and water skiing are available (partly from local providers). Sauna free of charge. Spa area and massages available for a fee. Hamam available (where applicable for a fee). For the entertainment of young guests there is a children?s play area. Child supervision: mini club for children (from 4 - 12 years) and babysitting (for a fee).

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
