The spa hotel has 402 rooms. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, a lift, an air conditioning, a coiffeur as well as discotheque. For the meals, there are 4 restaurants (air-conditioned). In a total 4 bars, you can relax in good company. Room cleaning is free of charge. Room service and medical service are available for a fee.

Water, soft drinks, coffee and tea, beer, wine, national alcoholic drinks and selected imported spirits at certain times. Cakes and pastries (10:00 - 00:00), small snacks (12:00 - 16:00), late riser’s breakfast (10:00 - 11:00), midnight snacks (22:00 - 03:00) and free minibar in your room (limited).

Sports and entertainment: Tennis (for free), darts (for free), table tennis (for free), mini golf, basketball, fitness, volleyball, beach volleyball and aerobics. At the beach different watersport types such as jet skiing and water skiing are on offer (partly from local providers). Sauna, whirlpool, steam bath and hamam free of charge. Spa area and massages available for a fee. Entertainment for adults: activity programme with evening shows and live music. In the outside area of the hotel there is a play area for children. Child supervision: mini club for children (from 4 - 12 years) and babysitting (for a fee).

Additional fees may apply for certain facilities, amenities or activities. Some services depend on the local climatic conditions and the season. Languages spoken: English, German, Russian and Turkish. Accepted methods of payment: Euro / MasterCard and Visa.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
