The hotel is located in the southwest of Mallorca, in the village of Santa Ponsa, separated from the sea only by a coastal road. The sandy beach and the promenade are only about 250 m and the center about 500 m.

The hotel consists of 2 buildings connected by a covered corridor, the last partial renovation in winter 2017/18. It has a reception, a cozy lounge with bar and non-smoking dining room.
Outside there is the pool with separate children's pool, sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas and a pool bar.
The rental of Balinese sun beds is possible (for a fee). Enjoy relaxing hours on the Chill Out roof terrace (open seasonally) with "putting greens" (mini golf) and views of the bay of Santa Ponsa.
The hotel has free internet in public areas. There is a car park which can be used by hotel guests free of charge (subject to availability).

The DOUBLE ROOMS (type Classic or Superior Chico in the hotel, approx. 20-25 sqm) are equipped with telephone, air conditioning / heating, hire safe (extra charge), Internet (fee payable), bath / WC / hair dryer, small fridge, minibar drinks on request and for a fee, SAT-TV and balcony or terrace.
Also bookable as a single with a child or for single use.

SEA VIEW ROOMS offer the same equipment a fantastic view of the sea.

The FAMILY ROOMS are located in the main building, with 2 beds and sofa bed. The family rooms are equipped with telephone, desk, air conditioning / heating, hire safe (fee payable), internet (fee payable), bath / WC / hair dryer, small fridge, minibar drinks on request and for a fee, SAT-TV and balcony or terrace. (about 20-25 square meters).
With a maximum capacity of 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children.

BUDGET ROOMS are double rooms without balcony, facilities slightly different from the double room classic, about 15-20 sqm.

Half board or All Inclusive bookable (All Inclusive only in the summer months, from 29.03.2018)
Half board includes breakfast and dinner in buffet style.
All Inclusive offers breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, coffee and cakes/ pastries, snacks during the day and local alcoholic non-alcoholic drinks from 10:00 until 23:30.

The Kids Club with professional care (care only in high season) and a playing area of over 260 square meters is ideal for younger guests.

Sauna, covered and heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. Massages for a fee.

Fitness room about 40 square meters with 9 exercise equipment and table tennis included.

Professional bike rental in the hotel (Rad International Mallorca) as well as bicycle storage for the deposit of own and rented bicycles.

A daily changing entertainment programme is also available.

From the 9th night in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50 percent. Children under 16 years are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
