Partially renovated in 2020, the 12-storey city hotel has 144 rooms. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, 2 lifts, air conditioning, a safe (for free) and a parking area (for a fee). The transfer from Tenerife Airport (TFS) to La Gomera takes place by ferry. Depending on the arrival time, an overnight stay in Tenerife may be necessary.

If you are scheduled to arrive at your destination from 04:00 in the morning, your hotel room will only be available from the official check-in time of the respective hotel on the day of arrival. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3:00 a.m. on the following day.
