It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 16:00, check-out until 10:00), a lobby with bar, a lift, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a mini market, a parking area (for a fee) as well as a security entry system. For the meals, there is a restaurant (air-conditioned). You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the accommodation provides a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Medical service is available for a fee.

In the municipality of Mogán, a tourist tax of ¤0.15 per person per day applies (this includes Arguineguín, Patalavaca, Puerto Rico, Mogán, Puerto de Mogán, Tauro, Taurito, Playa del Cura, Amadores). This tax is paid directly to the respective accommodation.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
