Completely restored in 2018, the hotel stands in a marvellous tropical garden dotted with palm trees and boasting a direct access to Playa San Agustín from the swimming pool area. The latter consists of two, big freshwater swimming pools —one of which can be acclimatised for winter use— and two jacuzzis located beside the free-of-charge sunbeds and umbrellas, all of which is completed by a nudist sunbathing area with showers on the sixth floor of the building, thus affording guests a chance to make the most of the pleasant Canary Islands' climate.

DOUBLE ROOMS as well as the DOUBLE ROOMS for single-use are welcoming rooms which come with an en suite bathroom with shower, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV (extra charge), a hi-fi stereo system, a fridge (additional fee payable), a sitting area, a furnished balcony and a safe. Rooms with side view or direct sea view (DELUXEROOM) are possible to get for additional fee.
BUDGET ROOMS can be different in décor and size in comparison to the standard rooms. The hotelier decides about the room distribution (it depends on the season). There is no air-conditioning.

There are several different regime choices to suit different holiday styles, ranging from Bed Only to All-Inclusive. Half board includes breakfast and dinner, and half board plus, also includes 2 drinks per person (beer, water, house wine and soft drinks), both pensions served in the form of cold and hot buffet in the main restaurant from the hotel, "The Food Garden", equipped with an indoor dining room and terrace, where the service of 3 meals a day is also given to clients on an all-inclusive basis, who can also enjoy a la carte dinner for every 3 nights stay.

The extended breakfast that covers from 07:00 to 10:30, puts at your disposal a great variety of integral and dietetic products. The dinner, in turn, consists of a generous assortment of starters, main courses and desserts, with tasty culinary proposals from regional, national and international cuisine, various thematic offers and vegetarian cuisine.

Alongside the swimming pool area, within “La Palapa”, there is the cosy  “Maresía Sea & Wine Maresía”, a culinary pairing, with its spectacular sunset sea views, not to mention the “Mediterraneum”, which offers guests a snack menu throughout the day and delicious Mediterranean cuisine with a deep-rooted Italian influence for dinner.

The “Ancla” Lobby Bar is the ideal place to have a drink at night in a pleasant atmosphere with live music.

In the municipality of Mogán, a tourist tax of ¤0.15 per person per day applies (this includes Arguineguín, Patalavaca, Puerto Rico, Mogán, Puerto de Mogán, Tauro, Taurito, Playa del Cura, Amadores). This tax is paid directly to the respective accommodation.
The surcharge is fully used to finance activities, services, and infrastructure in tourist areas, as well as to promote tourism in the municipality, in order to ensure the sustainability of the destination.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
