The hotel has a very quiet location in the middle of the small pine forest, Puig D?en Ross. The sea is just 800 m from the hotel and may be accessed by making use of a rocky plateau. A popular shopping centre is only 400 m away. Further shopping and entertainment opportunities are to be found in the town centre approximately 8 km away whilst El Arenal?s kilometre-long sandy beach is 3.5 km from the hotel. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel.

This hotel was built in 1992 and completely renovated in 2002. Spread over 5 floors are 240 double rooms. Guests are offered a stylish lobby with lifts, safe and a 24-hour reception desk. Outside is the extensive gardens including a pool for bathing. There is also a games room, a TV room, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area. In-house Internet access (for an additional fee) and the hotel laundry service may also be taken advantage of by guests. The hotel also offers a bicycle hire (for an extra charge) as well as a kids club and play area for younger guests.

The en suite rooms are discerningly furnished and include a telephone, a satellite/ cable TV, a radio, stereo, air conditioning, central heating, safe and a balcony.

The breakfast type is Buffet. Guests are welcome to enjoy their meals at the restaurant. Evening drinks can be enjoyed at the lobby bar.

Outdoor facilities include a swimming pool with a children?s pool, a snack bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The hotel also invites guests to make use of a gym and a sauna.

Furthermore guests have the opportunity to play a game of tennis, table tennis, bocce or minigolf in addition to taking part in archery and diving.

From the 9th night in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50 percent. Children under 16 years are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
