Situated below the coastal road and above the bay and marina of Mogán at the picturesque and original fishing village below the coastal road. To the artificially created sandy beach and the pedestrian zone at the port, it is between 500 meters and 900 meters, depending on the location of the apartments. All shopping facilities like supermarkets, various restaurants, bars, cafes, pubs, medical centre, pharmacy and bank are in the immediate vicinity. The airport is about 55 km away.
Regular bus connections to other bays like Puerto Rico, Amadores and Playa de Taurito as well as to the village Mogán are nearby.

The apartment complex, which belongs to the same hotel chain as the adjacent Hotel Cordial Mogan Playa, consists of several building parts on a plot of approximately 35.000 m². The three-storey complex has a total of 303 apartments. The hotel facilities include a reception, free WiFi throughout the hotel, terrace bar and restaurant. Outside there are 3 swimming pools (heatable in winter), 2 Jacuzzis, sun terraces with sunbeds, a bar with pizzeria, a separate children's pool with children's play corner, a water playground for children, miniclub for children aged 4-12, crawling labyrinth and another playground at the miniclub.

The APARTMENTS are comfortably furnished with a separate bedroom, living room with sleeping accommodation for the 3rd person or 2 children, kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine, toaster, telephone, safe, free satellite TV, shower/WC and hairdryer, ceiling fan in the bedroom and living room and a furnished terrace or balcony with outdoor shower.

The APPARTMENTS WITH 2 BEDROOMS are equipped in the same way as the apartments with one bedroom, but have a second bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
Budget Rooms: The Budget Rooms are equipped like the apartments and are situated in a non-preferred location.

Half board or full board: breakfast and dinner in buffet form and in two mealtimes.

In the municipality of Mogán, a tourist tax of ¤0.15 per person per day applies (this includes Arguineguín, Patalavaca, Puerto Rico, Mogán, Puerto de Mogán, Tauro, Taurito, Playa del Cura, Amadores). This tax is paid directly to the respective accommodation.
The surcharge is fully used to finance activities, services, and infrastructure in tourist areas, as well as to promote tourism in the municipality, in order to ensure the sustainability of the destination.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
