The 10-storey family hotel consists of a main building and an adjoining building, and has 224 rooms in total. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 4 lifts, a safe (for a fee), a kiosk as well as a parking area (for a fee). For the meals, there is a restaurant and a snack bar (open from 12:00 - 22:00). You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the hotel has a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Laundry service and medical service are available for a fee.

Child supervision: activity programme for children (5 times a week, from 10:00 - 13:00, from July to August).

When booking a hotel in La Gomera, you must book the transfer so that the following services are included:
- Transfer from/to TFS airport (Tenerife South) - ferry - hotel
- Overnight stay (if required)
If no transfer is booked, no transfer and ferry costs are included.
The transfer from Tenerife Airport (TFS) to La Gomera takes place by ferry. Depending on the arrival time, an overnight stay in Tenerife may be necessary.

If you are scheduled to arrive at your destination from 04:00 in the morning, your hotel room will only be available from the official check-in time of the respective hotel on the day of arrival. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3:00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.?
