Completely renovated in 2023, the 7-storey city hotel has 92 rooms. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, 2 lifts, air conditioning, a safe (for free), a security entry system and a money changing facility. For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned). You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. WiFi is available for free. Room cleaning is free of charge. Room service and laundry / ironing service are available for a fee.

When booking a hotel in La Gomera, you must book the transfer so that the following services are included:

The transfer from Tenerife Airport (TFS) to La Gomera takes place by ferry. Depending on the arrival time, an overnight stay in Tenerife may be necessary.

If you are scheduled to arrive at your destination from 04:00 in the morning, your hotel room will only be available from the official check-in time of the respective hotel on the day of arrival. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3:00 a.m. on the following day.
