Mon Port Hotel & Spa

This exclusive, family-run beach hotel is situated approximately 1 km above the peaceful holiday resort of Puerto de Andraitx in fabulous rural surrounds that are ideal for walking enthusiasts and nature lovers. Located close by are the sea, marina, links to the public transport network, the town and tourist centre and scores of shops, cafés, restaurants, bars, pubs and a nightclub. Palma de Mallorca is some 25 km away; the airport 35 km from the hotel.

Built in 2002, this air-conditioned hotel offers a total of 111 rooms spread over a 2-floors main building and a 3-storey annexe block of which 103 are double rooms and 8 are suites. Facilities include a 24-hour reception desk, a foyer, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, 4 lifts and a café. Within the hotel is a bar, a TV room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs for infants. In addition, there are 2 conference rooms, a public Internet terminal, WLAN Internet access, room, laundry and medical services, a bicycle storage facility as well as a car park and a garage for guests arriving by car.

The exclusive, air-conditioned rooms come with a tiled en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, Internet access, a minibar (additional fee payable), a sitting area and a safe.

Guests may make use of the hotel?s heated indoor swimming pool, pool with separate children?s area, snack bar, sun loungers, parasols, Jacuzzi, sauna, solarium, steam baths, massage service and beauty treatments (extra charge).

Sports enthusiasts may pay a visit to the in-house gym, hire road/ mountain bikes or play tennis on the tennis court (floodlighting available for an extra fee)

The seasonal entertainment programme for adults rounds off the hotel?s offerings.

RENTAL CAR INCLUDED:
Included in the price is a rental car of category C or E from/to Palma de Mallorca airport of the company RECORD GO.

IMPORTANT! Vehicle delivery takes place only on presentation of a valid credit card (EC cards are also accepted) and a valid driving license!

RECEPTION/RETURN:
In the arrival hall of the airport you will find yourself directly at one of the Record Go counters. There is one counter inside the baggage area and another in the arrivals hall. At the queue number machine you draw a ticket for the EXPRESS LINE and are then called according to your ticket number. You will pick up and return your rental car in the airport car park.

Car type: Joint booking of 1-3 persons in one room = category C, Toyota Aygo or similar, 3-door with air conditioning and radio, unlimited mileage. Joint booking of 4 and more people in one room = category E, Citroen C4 or similar, 5-door with air conditioning and radio, unlimited mileage.

DRIVER:
The driver must be at least 19 years old and have held a valid driving licence for at least one year.
Supplement for drivers under 21 years (19-20): 9,00 €/day max 108,00 €.
Supplement for drivers from 21 to 24 years: 7,00 €/day max 84,00 €.
Supplement for additional driver: 7,95 €/day max. 95,40 €

FUEL ARRANGEMENT:
The car is handed over with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. If the rental car is not returned with a full tank of fuel, the difference between the full tank and a handling fee of 30 € will be charged to the credit card.

INSURANCE:
Fully comprehensive insurance without excess including unlimited mileage.
There is no insurance cover against traffic tickets, their processing, loss or breakage of car keys or mistakes during refuelling, loss of vehicle documents, loss of the
Number plate, damage to the chassis, damage to the clutch, engine damage, cleaning damage, damage to special equipment (GoPad, child seats ...), damage to other equipment (rear storage, spare wheel, antenna, warning triangle, vest ...), upholstery damage, theft with key in the vehicle. No insurance cover in the event of force majeure or circumstances in which the loss or damage was caused by a breach or breach of duties and conditions.

BREAKDOWN SERVICE: You will receive the telephone number of the rental car station and an emergency telephone number upon delivery. Premium breakdown service included.

EXPRESS LINE INCLUDED:
Priority pick-up service for the car and preferential support at the pick-up counter.

Please note that a tourist tax is charged on Mallorca.

From the 9th night in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50 percent. Children under 16 years are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
