Should arrival to the hotel be later than 17.00, you will find a device by the hotel entrance that will grant you access to the hotel facilities.
The code that you must enter is the following: 7777. You must use this same code every time you wish to access the Ferrer Lime Tamarindos or Ferrer Lime Playa de Alcudia facilities.

AUTOCHECK-IN MACHINE
Once you have entered the code to access the apartments, please go to the autocheck-in machine that you will find right by the front desk.
You only need to follow the instructions that will appear on the screen, have your booking reference at hand if you do have a booking and provide your ID/ passport details when requested to do so. Please note that your stay is only payable by credit card and neither American Express nor Diners Club are accepted. Should you have already prepaid your booking, you will only have to pay the tourist tax.
When the process is finished, the machine will provide you with a check-in receipt with your room number, proof of payment and the keycard that will grant you access to your room.

Should you already have a booking, you need to provide your booking reference number; otherwise, please select “without booking”.
Credit card with pin code. Payments in cash are not accepted.
ID or passport of each of the guests staying.
A signature, in situ, of the document holder.
Should you prefer so, the front desk is available for personalised check-ins to the apartments from 9.00 to 16.30, every day.
Should you need it, the 24 hours emergency telephone number is available next to the auto check-in machine; in case of doubt, please do call us and we will assist you with the auto check-in process, any technical issues and anything you may need.

From the 9th night in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50 percent. Children under 16 years are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
