Recently renovated in 2020, the hotel has 61 rooms in total. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), air conditioning, a safe (for a fee) and a money changing facility. For the meals, there is a snack bar. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the accommodation provides a barrier-free access. Room cleaning is free of charge.

In the municipality of Mogán, a tourist tax of ¤0.15 per person per day applies (this includes Arguineguín, Patalavaca, Puerto Rico, Mogán, Puerto de Mogán, Tauro, Taurito, Playa del Cura, Amadores). This tax is paid directly to the respective accommodation.
The surcharge is fully used to finance activities, services, and infrastructure in tourist areas, as well as to promote tourism in the municipality, in order to ensure the sustainability of the destination.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
