The apartment hotel is located in a quiet place, close to the beach and La Sandía shopping centre. Yumbo and Cita shopping centres are 300 metres away. Access to public transport can be found some 100 m from the hotel and the beach is around 3000 m away. Gran Canaria International Airport is located roughly 30 km away.

This quiet complex offers expansive gardens and was renovated in 2014. It comprises 56 apartments and a lobby with hotel safe. It also has Internet access. The apartment hotel features an outdoor swimming pool with children's swimming area and a sun terrace.

The spacious APPARTEMENTS have a bedroom with double bed, en suite bathroom with shower, living room and well-equipped kitchenette. Each unit is additionally fitted with satellite/cable TV, Internet access and private terrace.
The SUPERIORROOMS have the same facilities like the appartements and are located on the second and third floor.
The JUNIORSUITES have a combined bed-/living room, the above mentioned facilities and are located in the fourth floor.

Breakfast and dinner will be served as a buffet.

Hotel guests can use the wellness area of the hotel for a fee. It offers a sauna, turkish bath and a Indoorpool. You can book different Spa treatments (also for a fee).

The hotel offers a small fitnesscenter.

**From April 2019 (after Easter), two hotels will be renovated in the nearby area for an unknown duration. With acoustic and optical impairments is attributed during this period.**

In the municipality of Mogán, a tourist tax of ¤0.15 per person per day applies (this includes Arguineguín, Patalavaca, Puerto Rico, Mogán, Puerto de Mogán, Tauro, Taurito, Playa del Cura, Amadores). This tax is paid directly to the respective accommodation.
The surcharge is fully used to finance activities, services, and infrastructure in tourist areas, as well as to promote tourism in the municipality, in order to ensure the sustainability of the destination.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
