The hotel is located on a hill in a quiet and friendly location, about 850 m off the cove of Cala Mayor and about 5 km from the town of Palma. Bus service runs frequently on a daily basis (limited capacity) between the hotel and the beach of Palmanova. Regular bus service to Palma nearby available.

The good middle range hotel with 414 rooms on 9 floors is surrounded by pine trees. Facilities include a main lobby area with a reception desk, lift, TV room, game room, lounge with a bar, pizzeria and air-conditioned non-smoking restaurant. Outdoor area includes the beautifully designed swimming pool with Jacuzzi, sun terrace, sunbathing area with loungers and towels (against fee) and a poolside snack bar.

DOUBLE ROOMS are nicely furnished and provide direct dial telephone, air conditioning, safe, SAT-TV, bathtub or shower / WC, hairdryer and balcony or terrace with a view of the surrounding countryside.
Available also for SINGLE USE, SINGLE ROOM WITH CHILD or SEA VIEW.
SINGLE rooms are smaller and do not offer bathtub.

All Inclusive Service: Breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner buffet with cold / warm dishes. Soft drinks, mineral water, Spanish white or red wine and beer. Cold and warm snacks available from 10:00 to 17:00 and 21:45 to 23:00. Pizza/Pasta from 12:00 to 17:00. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the pool bar, pizzeria bar, barbecue bar from 12:00 to 17:00 or at the main bar between 10:00 and 23:00.

Separate pool for kids, playground and games-room. Mini-club for different age groups offered 6 times per week, in the morning and in the afternoon. Special buffet for kids. Babysitting upon request (additional fee). Baby cot is free of charge.

Sport entertainment includes table tennis, volleyball / water-ball and mini-football.

Many different entertainment activities offered with games, competitions, dancing, shows and folklore.

Please note that some facilities may not be available at all or may only be useable to a limited extent during the winter months (November to March / April), because of the weather conditions or due to low occupancy rate. These restrictions mainly may apply to the beach and pool facilities, entertainment and outdoor sports. Air conditioning systems mentioned in the description of the accommodation are, of course, used as heating during the colder months of the year.

From the 9th night in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by 50 percent. Children under 16 years are exempt from the tax. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
