Located directly on the kilometre-long, fine sandy dune beach, in the urbanisation Novo Sancti Petri. Chiclana is about 8 km and Cadiz about 35 km away. There are several public buses to Chiclana every day. Ideal for beach vacationers, sports enthusiasts and guests who want to explore the Andalusian hinterland with its cultural cities.

The "Sancti Petri Beach" and the "Barrosa Beach" are both 6 - 8 km long and fine sandy beaches. Directly in front of the hotel is the Beach Club VAVA Playa La Barrosa (for a fee).

The complex with 549 rooms has 2-3 floors with lifts, 2 buffet restaurants (Zahara y Cazorla), hotel bar and sports bar and 2 pool bars. In the extensive garden area there are 2 large swimming pools, a separate children's pool as well as sunbeds and parasols. Lobby with reception, lounge with satellite TV, souvenir shop, games room, playground, free kindergarten Baby Club (0 to 3 years) in high season (July & August), Miniclub (4 to 6 years), Maxiclub (7 to 9 years), Junior Club (10 to 12 years), Teen Club (13 to 15 years) and Minidisco. The division of the children into groups depends on the number of children. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach for a fee. Free WIFI in the whole hotel.

The modern and comfortably furnished DOUBLE ROOMS of approx. 18 sqm are equipped with satellite TV, telephone and a minibar (for a fee). Further amenities of the air-conditioned rooms include a balcony or terrace and a bathroom with hairdryer.
