This popular, hotel is located at the heart of the tourist centre, directly beside the sandy beach of Playa de las Burras (about 2 km from the large Playa del Inglés). There is a shopping centre with shops, restaurants, cafés and bars located across the road from the hotel. Public transport services are to be found 100 m away; Gran Canaria airport is approximately 25 km from the hotel.

Built in 1974 and renovated in 2010, the hotel has 244 rooms spread over 9 floors including 230 doubles and 14 suites. The air-conditioned hotel offers use of a lobby with a 24-hour reception as well as 4 lifts. In addition, there is a shop, a bar, a TV corner, an air-conditioned restaurant. A laundry service is also available under charge.

The welcoming, comfortable rooms with air conditioned, feature an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a minibar (on request and under charge) a fridge and a safe to rent.

In the municipality of Mogán, a tourist tax of ¤0.15 per person per day applies (this includes Arguineguín, Patalavaca, Puerto Rico, Mogán, Puerto de Mogán, Tauro, Taurito, Playa del Cura, Amadores). This tax is paid directly to the respective accommodation.

For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 in the morning, the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day.
