Completely renovated in 2026, the 18-storey design hotel has 153 rooms in total. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 4 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), a coiffeur, a mini market, various other shops as well as a parking area (for a fee). For the meals, there is a snack bar. You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the hotel has a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning, laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.

When booking a hotel in La Gomera, you must book the transfer so that the following services are included:
- Transfer from/to TFS airport (Tenerife South) - ferry - hotel

The transfer from Tenerife Airport (TFS) to La Gomera takes place by ferry. Depending on the arrival time, an overnight stay in Tenerife may be necessary.

If you are scheduled to arrive at your destination from 04:00 in the morning, your hotel room will only be available from the official check-in time of the respective hotel on the day of arrival. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3:00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.?
