It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, 6 lifts, air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), coiffeur, kiosk, a mini market, various other shops, discotheque (open from 20:00 - 00:00), a security entry system and a money changing facility. For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 4 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the accommodation provides a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning and concierge service are free of charge. Room service, laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.

The transfer from Tenerife Airport (TFS) to La Gomera takes place by ferry. Depending on the arrival time, an overnight stay in Tenerife may be necessary.

If you are scheduled to arrive at your destination from 04:00 in the morning, your hotel room will only be available from the official check-in time of the respective hotel on the day of arrival. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3:00 a.m. on the following day.
